Kelly is the Head of Corporate Actions for SCORPEO. She has over 20 years of experience in financial services across both Custody and Investment Banking having previously worked at a number of different Banks including Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley and Citibank. Kelly joined SCORPEO from Nomura where she supervised a Corporate Actions team for 7 years and then went on to manage the Dividend Control and Prime Client Asset Servicing teams.
